This buiding is the first buiding of Duy Tan University when it first started out in November 1997. The 6-storey building with an area of 1.574 sq.meters at 137 Nguyen Van Linh Street is home to DTU Polytechnic; DTU Foreign Language Center and the Department of Financial Planning (where most of tuition fee, salary/wage and other financial transactions are carried out).
