Goals:
- Achieve AACSB accreditation
- Produce highly sought after graduates
- Generate high-quality research that is both instructive about business in Vietnam and thought provoking for academic colleagues around the world
- Encourage faculty to be contributing members of the Academy of Management (AoM).
- Create opportunities for faculty and students to interact with important thought-leaders in Vietnam and around the world.
Objectives:
- Be the first AACSB accredited business school in Vietnam.
- Have the highest recruitment to graduation ratio of any school in Vietnam.
- Have at least 5 articles published in international management journals per year.
- Have our faculty research presented in at least 5 international conferences per year.
- Assemble an Advisory Board of top managers from Vietnamese companies with quarterly meetings.
- Establish a management lecture series of stimulating topics for SMi and the greater community.
- Establish an innovative curriculum that sets SMi apart from other schools of business.
